Ingredients for 4 servings:
-12 deveined shrimps
-12 cubes firm white fish( preferably halibut)
-8 large sea scallops with the tough muscle removed

-4 cloves finely chopped garlic
-1 seeded and finely chopped chilli pepper
-2 pounds stemmed spinach
-grated nutmeg
-2 halved lemons
Instructions
Turn on the oven, put a rack in the upper third of the oven and heat the broiler. Next you need to thread the shrimp, the fish and the scallops on four metal skewers. Alternate them, drizzle with EVOO and sprinkle some salt and pepper on them. Broil for about 8 minutes until they are firm and opaque. In a sauce pot heat 3 tablespoons of EVOO. Add the garlic, chilli pepper and stir fry them for two minutes. Add the stemmed spinach and cook until the spinach is wilted. Add salt, pepper add nutmeg according to your taste. Put the spinach on a serving plate, top it with the seafood skewers and add some lemon juice on top.

-a quarter of a cup of orange marmalade
-1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
-salt and pepper
-3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
-one third of a cup virgin olive oil
-2 large hearts of chopped romaine lettuce
-3 chopped celery ribs
-1 sliced cucumber
-1 chopped red onion
–2 chopped tomatoes
-fresh herbs according to your preference( parsley, basil, dill, tarragon)
Instructions
Mix the marmalade, mustard, sauce, vinegar and olive oil in a salad bowl. Add some salt and pepper and then add the rest of the ingredients.
